1. Acceptance of Terms & Service Scope

By accessing, registering an account, or interacting with NITRO, you enter into a legally binding contract with the platform administration. Services provided include sandboxed web proxies, educational study tools, AI copilot assistants, real-time community chat, WebRTC voice channels, and unblocked arcade games. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you must immediately terminate your session and cease platform usage.

2. User Account Integrity, Security & Credential Protection

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials (usernames and passwords). Account sharing, credential reselling, brute-force authorization attempts, or attempting unauthorized rank elevation to Administrator or Owner roles is strictly prohibited. Activity originating from your account or IP address is deemed your legal responsibility.

3. Zero-Tolerance Content Moderation & Anti-Hate Speech Policy

NITRO maintains a strict Zero-Tolerance Policy regarding hate speech, racial or homophobic slurs, harassment, sexual content, NSFW media, self-harm, or illegal material. All chat messages, usernames, and gateway requests pass through live Groq AI Moderation and the Word Filter Shield Engine. Violators are subject to immediate automated mutes, account bans, and IP bans without prior notice.

4. Anti-Spam, Anti-Raid & Automated Bot Restrictions

To preserve chat quality and system stability, the Automated Raid Shield System monitors message frequency and content similarity. Spamming identical messages, rapid message flooding, or deploying automated chat bots will trigger an automatic 5-minute mute or suspension. Continued flooding results in permanent account bans.

5. Sandboxed Web Gateway Proxy Disclaimer & Usage Boundaries

The Nitro Shield Browser relay is provided strictly for educational asset testing and discreet research. Utilizing the gateway proxy to bypass local network security policies, conduct cyber attacks, access illegal materials, or scrape third-party websites is strictly forbidden. The system automatically blocks restricted domain keywords and logs gateway activity for security compliance.

6. Nitro AI Assistant & Multimodal Safety Protocols

Nitro AI provides academic assistance and STEM problem solving. Users must not attempt to prompt-inject, jailbreak, or extract system instructions. In compliance with safety standards, any queries involving self-harm, suicide, weapons, or illegal exploits are blocked automatically, with emergency crisis hotline information provided where appropriate.

7. Automated Disciplinary Escalation Framework

Platform infractions are handled through a 5-tier automated enforcement system:

8. Formal Appeal System & AI Arbitration

Muted or suspended users may submit a formal appeal through the Punishment Appeal Portal. Appeals are evaluated by Groq AI for sincerity and remorse, followed by final administrator review. If an appeal is approved, mutes, account bans, and gateway restrictions are lifted automatically across the platform.

9. Telemetry, Audit Logging & Security Webhooks

For platform security and abuse prevention, client IP addresses, browser user-agents, authentication events, moderation actions, and chat activity are recorded in secure database audit logs and dispatched live to administrative Discord Webhooks (Moderation Actions, Audit Logs, AI Logs, and Chat Logs).

10. Intellectual Property & DMCA Takedown Procedure

All games, canvas tools, and embedded web content remain the intellectual property of their original developers and publishers. If you are a copyright owner and believe content on NITRO infringes your copyright, submit a formal DMCA takedown notice with proof of ownership to jordan@nitromath.org for immediate removal.

11. Maintenance Mode & Supreme Owner Governance

During system updates or security maintenance, Maintenance Mode may be enabled. While active, non-owner connections (including standard members, VIPs, and standard admins) will be disconnected, reserving exclusive system access to the platform Owner (jordandaniels).

12. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
