Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All products are shipped via USPS (Standard $6.15 or Priority Mail $10.50). Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed, then 3-7 business days for Standard Shipping or 2-4 business days for Priority Shipping to receive your order in the mail.

Please see below for deadlines for shipping to receive your package before Christmas:

Standard: Order by December 16th.

Priority: Order by December 17th.

We are not responsible for any packages confirmed as "shipped" by the shipping carrier. Please contact your local post office for lost or damaged packages or packages stolen from a delivery location.

Please note that we have no control over "shipped" packages that may have delay in shipping, delivery, changing pickup/delivery times and/or other services provided by the United States Postal Service.

All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

Return & Exchange Policy

Refunds will be authorized for unopened products up to 7 days after carrier tracking has confirmed product delivery. Customers will be granted a refund equal to the transaction amount of the returned item(s). Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

If your package is returned to us by USPS, we will authorize a refund for the amount paid minus the cost of shipping.

If your product is damaged, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the damage and work with you to resolve your order in a timely manner.

All Exchanges must be of an equal or lesser value of the original product. If the exchange is of lesser value, an online credit of the difference will be provided.

We do not accept returns on sale/discounted products. All sale/discounted product purchases are final.

Returns/exchanges without proper documentation cannot be processed. All returns must be processed by our distribution facility before we will authorize a refund or exchange.
